Cécile’s Cuisine – cooking lessons - Saturday, January 30, 2010 – 2 to 5 pm
This is Cécile’s second year giving PAN members cooking lessons, both French and Moroccan cuisine, showing how to make one main dish and one other dish per session. This time Cécile will show us how she makes chouchouka, a Moroccan first course, followed by traditional French blanquette de veau. The lesson will take place in French and cost 15€, but bring along a plastic container and don’t go home empty-handed. Limited to 8 participants.
