“Fragile - Murano” - Friday, July 19, 2013 at 5:45 pm + dinner (7:30 pm)

Muséé Maillol
Paris 7
After featuring Canaletto a few months ago, the Maillol museum is currently extending their stay in Venice with an open invitation to past and present Murano glassmakers to display their incredibly beautiful wares. 200 works from 17th century nuptial cups and curious pieces of glass furniture, to Art Nouveau and design objects have been gathered from museums and private collections from all over the world. PAN has a group “coupefils” depart for the extraordinary Canaletto exhibit at 6 pm, followed by a 3-course dinner reservation at the Maillol Museum restaurant, La Cortigiana, at 7:30 pm. We will each have an individual audioguide in English and wander through the exhibit at our own pace.

The museum entrance and audioguide is 14€ per person; the restaurant is 26€. (40€ per person for the whole evening).

Musical Cruise on the Seine: Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 2:30 pm

Ile des Impressionistes, Chatou
RER A

Don't miss out on this 2-hour boat trip along the water ways that French impressionist artists loved to paint - you'll see it's much the same as it was back then! This cruise will feature a typical guinguette trio playing popular French musique from the Bal Musette era: traditional dance melodies and enchanting songs popular in the years 1900-1960. PAN has purchased a limited number of tickets for the cruise, at 22€ each.
